This policy explains what NYCHandymen ("we") collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, phone, email, ZIP code and job details. We share these with the business you chose, and may contact you about your request.
• Reviews: your first name, rating and review are public. Your email is private and used only to verify and contact you about your review.
• Contact and business inquiries: the details you send us.
• Usage data: when you click to call or get directions to a business, we record the click (which business, when, and the area) so we can tell businesses how many customers we sent them. We don't record your phone number from a call click.
• Address searches: the address you type is sent to the free NYC Planning Labs GeoSearch service to find its location. We don't store it.

Cookies and ads

We may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalized ads at Google Ads Settings. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Business listings

Business names, addresses, phone numbers and license details come from public NYC license records. For sole proprietors we hide the street address. Business owners can ask us to correct or remove a listing at any time via our contact page.

Where data is stored

Form submissions are stored with our database provider, Supabase. We don't sell your personal information.
